When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and then shipped. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after shipment. During high-traffic periods, delivery may take slightly longer.
My order is incomplete, what should I do?
Sometimes items are shipped separately depending on availability. If you receive only part of your order, don't worry. If your order is still incomplete after 9 business days, please contact us so we can resolve the issue. You may keep any delayed items, even if a refund has already been issued.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You have 48 hours after placing your order to contact us at contact@findsley.com to modify or cancel it. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
The product I received is defective or damaged, what should I do?
If your product is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo or video showing the problem
We’ll offer a prompt solution, including a refund or replacement. You do not need to return the defective item.
